Registration is essential to insure proper staffing levels and meals.
Here are the steps you need to take to register for all CMC youth camps and retreats:
To Register Online…
Step 1:
Go to the event page and click on the “Register” button for the event you wish to attend.
NOTE:This will require an online payment of the required deposit.
Step 2:
Print off and complete all of the necessary forms (see below), and either mail or email them the appropriate addresses (also below).
To Register by Mail…

NOTE:A minimum $20 deposit (which is credited to your total due upon arrival) for camper to be considered “registered” .

Prices:
- Posted prices are “early-bird” prices and apply to registrations received (or postmarked) on or before the published early date.
- A $50 late fee will be added to all forms received less than three weeks prior to the event.
Deposit:
- A minimum $20 non-refundable deposit is required with all registration forms.
Walk-Ons:
- “Walk-Ons” will be considered on a first come, first served basis based on available space and safe staff levels.
- There will be a $100 late fee due at registration for all “Walk Ons.”
NOTE: If safe staffing levels do not allow for extra children/youth, walk-ons will be turned away.
Cancellations:
- If it becomes necessary to cancel a camper’s registration, the $20 deposit is not refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation. The following refund schedule applies to the remainder of the registration fee*:
- Greater than 30-day notice
100% refund - 15 to 30–day notice 50% refund
- 2 to 14-day notice 30% refund
- Less than 2-day notice no refund
- Requests for refunds should be made at the time of cancellation. Contact the Mission Center to cancel.
